坦索罗辛治疗输尿管镜碎石术后双J管相关症状的疗效观察

Effects of tamsulosin on the treatment of ureteral stent-related symptoms after ureteroscopic lithotripsy

目的观察坦索罗辛治疗输尿管镜碎石术后双J管相关症状的临床疗效。方法 54例单侧输尿管镜碎石术后留置双J管的患者,随机分为两组,治疗组(n=27)给予坦索罗辛0.4 mg,1次/d;对照组(n=27)未给予干预治疗。所有患者在置管2～3周后均随访完成输尿管支架管相关症状问卷。结果治疗组排尿症状、躯体疼痛症状、身体一般状况、工作能力情况、性生活情况平均评分低于对照组,治疗组均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论坦索罗辛可有效改善双J管相关症状以及提高患者生活质量,且安全性好。

Objective To evaluate the effect of tamsulosin in improving ureteral stent-related symptoms of patients with indwelling double- J ureteral stents. Methods A total of 54 patients underwent placement of a double-J ureteral stent after ureteroscopic lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculi, were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （n = 27） were given tamsulosin 0.4 mg once daily, and control group （n = 27） were given no medication for the same period. The validated reteral stent symptoms questionnaires after 2-3 weeks were completed by each patient on the day of stent removal postoperatively. Results The mean index scores in urinary symptom, body pain, general health, working ability and sexual activity were significant lower in the treatment group than in the control group. There was a significant difference in the IPSS total score between treatment group and control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tamsulosin improve stent-related symptoms and quality of life. Using for a short time, the medicine is safe and effective. Tamsulosin should be strongly considered for patients who complain of stent-related symptoms.
