妥洛特罗贴剂佐治小儿毛细支气管炎的应用

The application of tulobuterol patch in accessorily treating pediatric capillary bronchitis

目的评价基础治疗合并使用妥洛特罗贴剂治疗小儿毛细支气管炎引发的呼吸道症状的有效性及安全性,观察患儿的喘憋、咳嗽、湿啰音、喘鸣音等临床特征消失时间。方法将明确诊断的毛细支气管炎患儿150例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组75例,对照组75例,在采用综合治疗的基础上,治疗组加用妥洛特罗贴剂经皮给药,对照组加用特布他林雾化吸入,疗程7 d。结果治疗组临床治愈率80%,好转率20%,与对照组无统计学差异,疗效相当。安全性方面,治疗组与对照组无统计学差异,安全性相当。治疗组用药意愿及用药依从性明显优于对照组,贴剂的接受度更高。结论妥洛特罗经皮给药治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效确切,具有副作用小、用药依从性好等优势。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and security of combining basic treatment with Tulobuterol patch in treating the children with respiratory symptoms caused by pediatric capillary bronchitis; To observe the fading time of patient children＇s clinical features, such as wheezing, cough, moist rale and stridor. Methods A total of 150 children diagnosed as pediatric capillary bronchitis were randomly and equally divided into treatment and control group： 75 cases in treatment group and 75 in control group. Based on basic treatment, Tulobuterol patch was used in treatment group and Terbutaline with aerosol inhalation was taken in control group. All the treatment course of two groups was 7 days. Results In treatment group, the clinical cure rate was 80% and improvement rate was 20%. There was no statistic difference compared with control group and the overall curative effects were similar in patients of the two groups. From the aspect of security, there was no statistic difference and the overall curative effects were also similar between the two groups. The willingness to use drug and medication compliance in treatment group was much better than that in control group. So the clinical acceptance rate of patch was much higher. Conclusion Tulobuterol patch has a definite therapeutic effect on pediatric capillary bronchitis, and also has little side effect and excellent medication compliance.
