茴拉西坦联合解郁安神胶囊治疗卒中后抑郁疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of aniracetam combined with jieyu anshen capsule in treating post stroke depression

目的观察茴拉西坦联合解郁安神胶囊治疗卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法将70例符合条件的卒中后抑郁患者随机分为两组,治疗组(36例)给予茴拉西坦胶囊0.1,日三次,解郁安神胶囊1.2(三粒),日三次,均口服,疗程8周;对照组(34例)在常规处理的基础上,外加心理疏导、康复指导,不特意应用药物干预。观察两组治疗前后症状的改善及不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗组的有效率为69.4%,明显高于对照组的44.4%(P<0.05)。结论茴拉西坦联合解郁安神胶囊治疗卒中后抑郁疗效尚可,无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe aniracetam combined with Jieyu Anshen capsule in the treatment of post stroke depression effect. Methods All 70 patients with PSD patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group （36 cases） ： aniracetam capsule 0.1, tid, Jieyu Anshen capsule 1.2, tid, all two oral ; control groul （34 cases） ： The con- ventional treatment on the basis of, and psychological counseling, rehabilitation guidance, not deliberately applied drug !ntervention.Two groups were all treted for eight weeks. Two groups were observed before and after treatment in symptomatic improvement and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions. Results Treatment group businesslike for 69.4%, Significantly higher than that of control group 44.4% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Aniracetam combined with Jieyu Anshen capsule in the treatment of PSD PSD curative effect satisfaction, No obvious adverse reaction.
