摘要
目的探讨胎儿鼻骨超声检测在胎儿染色体异常早期诊断中的临床价值。方法选择2009年2月~2012年1月在我院进行产孕前检查的2016例孕妇进行鼻骨超声筛查,并对异常的胎儿行染色体核型分析。结果鼻骨长度随孕周增加而增加,两者呈明显正相关(r=0.75,P<0.01),其中鼻骨长度异常的18例胎儿,14例胎儿染色体核型异常,诊断准确率高达77.78%。结论孕期进行胎儿鼻骨超声筛查在染色体异常的筛查中具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinic value of ultrasound in the evaluation of fetal nasal bone in chromosome abnormality .Methods Nasal bone ultrasound screened for 2016 pregnant women in our hospital from February 2009 to January 2012,and karyotype analysis with abnormal fetus. Results Nasal bone length increases with gestational weeks increases,both were significant positive correlation (r = 0.75 ,P 〈 0.01 ), among 18 cases with fetal nasal bone length abnormalities,14 cases with fetal chromosomal abnormalities, diagnosis accuracy rate as high as 77.78%. Conclusion Evaluating fetal nasal bone with ultrasound in the duration of important valuable for determining chromosomal abnormality.
