摘要
研究了20钢和 T12钢在离子轰击条件下的渗碳和脱碳过程。研究结果表明,渗碳气氛的组成将影响整个渗碳过程。离子轰击作用下,无论是渗碳还是脱碳都表现为微小区域进行的过程,渗碳层的形成是微区增多、长大及相互连接的结果。
This paper deals with the surface apparent process of plasma carburizing.The steel 20 and T12 were used.The carburizing gas was the mixture vapors of methanoland ethanol.The results show that the atmosphere of plasma carburezing is the importantfactor which influences the carburizing process.The higher carbon content atmosphere willform the carburized layer in a short time,and the less one needs a long time,and when thecarbon content is very less it will form a decarburized layer.It is observed that under a cer-tain condition the carburizing process first takes place in some little areas though the glowdischarge covers all over the surface of sample,then the amounts of little areas increase andgrow in size and in the end form the carburized layer.The successive photograph recordsare used to show the surface apparent process.
