用会聚束电子衍射中菊池线测定微合金钢中亚晶取向差

DETERMINATION OF MISORIENTATION BETWEEN SUBGRAINS IN A MICROALLOY STEEL BY USING KIKUCHI LINES IN CBED PATTERNS

摘要 本文发展了用会聚束电子衍射(CBED)中菊池线测定立方系中晶体取向差的方法,利用该方法测定了 Nb-V-Ti 微合金钢中小于0.1nm 直径的亚晶取向差。结果表明,该钢中亚晶取向差小于5°,其精度估计为0.1°。 A method for determining misorientation between crystals in cubic systemby using kikuchi lines in convergent beam electron diffraction(CBED)pattern was devel-oped in the present paper.This method was applied to determine the misorientation be-tween subgrains,which were generally smaller than 0.1nm^2 in size in Nb-V-Timicroalloyed steel.The results indicated that the misorientation between subgrains of steelused in present work are below 5°.The precision is estimated to be 0.1°for subgrainmisorientation.
