化瘀方配合药枕治疗小儿支气管哮喘缓解期66例

Therapeutic effect of dispelling blood stasis preparation combined with Chinese herbs pillow on 66 cases of bronchial asthma in children

目的 观察化瘀方合药枕治疗小儿支气管哮喘缓解期的疗效。方法 治疗组 66例采用自拟化瘀方配合药枕治疗 ,对照组 52例采用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗。结果 治疗组显效率 83.33% ,总有效率 93.94% ,对照组则分别为 65.38% ,80 .77%。 2组比较均有显著性差异 (均 P<0 .0 5) ,且治疗组在提高免疫功能指标 Ig A、Ig M及提高 Hb方面均优于对照组 (均 P <0 .0 5)。结论 化瘀方配合药枕内外合治小儿支气管哮喘缓解期疗效确切 ,且能明显提高机体免疫功能。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of dispelling blood stasis preparation combined with Chinese herbs pillow on bronchial asthma in children. Methods 118 patients with bronchial asthma in children were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=66) dispelling blood stasis preparation combined with Chinese herbs pillow was utilized and in control group (n=52) BCGpolysaccharide nucleic acid were taken orally. Results The total effective rate(93.94%) was significantly higher in treatment group compared with those in control group (80.77%, P<0.05). In treatment group improvement of target of immunolo gical function, those were IgA, IgM and Hb was more than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Effect of dispelling blood stasis preparation combined with Chinese herbs pillow on bronchial asthma in children was safety and effectively.
