葛秦术姜芍草汤治疗肠易激综合征疗效观察

Clinical effect of Geqinshu Jiangshuocao decoction on irritable bowel syndrome

目的 观察葛秦术姜芍草汤治疗肠易激综合征的疗效。方法 对照组 48例采用自拟葛秦术姜芍草汤口服 ;对照组 48例口服思密达、维生素 B1治疗。比较 2组疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率 96% ,对照组 77% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5) ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 葛秦术姜芍草汤治疗肠易激综合征疗效确切。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of Geqinshu Jiangshuocao decoction on irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 98 patients of irritable bowel syndrome were allocated to control group (n=48), which was treated by routine methods of Western Medicine (taken orally smecda and vitamin B1) and treatment group (n=48), which was treated by taking Geqinshu Jiangshuocao decoction with two therapeutic courses in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (96%) was significantly higher as compared with that in control group (77%,P<0.05).Conclusions Geqinshu Jiangshuocao decoction can effectively treat irritable bowel syndrome.
