摘要
目的 研究不同浓度利多卡因对中枢神经系统海马锥体神经元电压依赖性钠通道的影响 ,明确利多卡因对神经元的保护和损伤与电压依赖性钠通道的关系。方法 应用全细胞膜片钳方法记录不同浓度利多卡因 (10 -5mol/L~ 10 -2 mol/L)时大鼠急性分散海马锥体神经元电压依赖性钠通道电流的变化。结果 利多卡因对钠通道阈电位影响不大 ,以浓度依赖的方式抑制电压依赖性钠电流 ,随利多卡因浓度的增加其抑制钠电流的作用加强 ,EC50 为 (0 39± 0 0 5 )mmol/L。结论 利多卡因的脑保护作用与其抑制电压依赖性的钠通道的作用有关 。
