我国在节目评价方面已日趋完善,探索建立电视台技术运行评价指标体系,为电视台提升技术管理工作水平提供科学的、量化的参考依据同样也具有突出的现实意义。本文提出了电视台技术运行评价指标体系的构建原则、构建方法,探讨了电视台技术运行评价指标体系构成的总体思路和基本框架。

Normal operation and scientific management of technical system are basics and guarantee of program production in TV stations.Without evaluation’s technical basis and relevant research,how to evaluate TV stations’ technology operation in China still is a poser.Based on discussion about TV stations’ technology operation evaluation index systems,the paper advances a basic one from three angles of operation insurance,safety broadcasting and resource benefit.We hope it will be of use to the industry.
