广播电视设施震害调查方法研究

Research on Investigation Method of Broadcast Facility Earthquake Damage

本文根据相关国家标准推荐的方法,结合广播电视设施的特点和汶川地震中广播电视设施损失情况,提出了针对特大地震的广播电视设施震害现场调查方法。该方法对于特大地震灾害后,广播电视设施损失情况的快速调查及统计,具有一定的指导意义。

After devastating earthquake,broadcast facilities can play an irreplaceable role in making relief and reconstruction plan and relaying relief command.Combining with characteristics of broadcast facilities and the case of Wenchuan earthquake and making infrastructure and facilities as survey objects,this paper has established earthquake damage evaluation index system and sums up scene investigation methods.It has an important supporting role in loss judgement and establishment of rescue plan and reconstruction plan.
