试论高校古籍室特征及相应管理措施

Discussion on the Features of and Corresponding Management Measures for University’s Ancient Books Room

高校古籍室同公共图书馆中的古籍特藏室和收藏地方文献的地方档案馆或文化馆相比,具有古籍使用率高和不断需要更新文献资料的两大特征。指出高校古籍室可通过建立新版古籍库和搭建古籍资源公共平台这两个途径更新、充实其文献资料,提高古籍使用率。

Compared with special storage room for ancient books in public library and local archives or cultural centre collecting local documents, university＇ s ancient books room has two features of higher utilization ratio of ancient books and constantly updated documents. This paper points out that university＇s ancient books room can update and enrich its documents and improve the utilization ratio of its ancient books through two ways of establishing new edition ancient books library and constructing ancient resources public platform.
