Study on the Construction of Subject Librarian System in Public Library

探讨了当前图书馆学科馆员制度工作存在的问题,结合时代的需求,分析了公共图书馆建立学科馆员制度的必然性及可行性,针对学科馆员制度的特点,提出了切实可行的建立学科馆员制度的对策。

This paper probes into the problems currently existing in the work of library＇s subject librarian system, and connecting with the needs of the times, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of constructing subject librarian system in public library, and in the light of the features of subject librarian system, puts forward some practical countermeasures for the construction of subject librarian system.
