摘要
现代图书馆管理应该坚持人本主义的管理理念,服务馆员与服务读者同等重要。阐述了人本管理的内涵,分析了图书馆对于人本管理的内在要求,探讨了高校图书馆实现人本管理的途径,指出高校图书馆应不断提高馆员的综合能力与素质、创新服务模式,从而提高图书馆服务读者的效率。
The modern library's management should adhere to the management philosophy of humanism. Service for librarians and service for readers are equally important. This paper expounds the connotations of humanistic management, analyzes the intrinsic requirement of the library for implementing humanistic management, probes into some paths for university library to realize the humanistic management, and points out that university library should continuously improve the comprehensive quality and ability of librarians, innovate service mode, and thus improve the efficiency of library's service for readers.
