The library of third-rate university is an important part of educational environment in university, and the circulation work is a window for exhibiting library＇ s service. The circulation work has the direct bearing not only on the effective utilization degree of library＇ s collected literatures but also library＇ s service quality. This paper expounds the present situation of circulation work in third-rate university library, analyzes the problems existing in the circulation work of third-rate university library, and puts forward some strategies for improving the circulation work of third-rate university library.
