公共图书馆残疾群体服务多元化供给研究

Study on the Diversified Supply in Public Library’s Service for Disabled Groups

基于服务型政府的理念,从公共图书馆服务的内涵出发,分析了供给残疾群体的多元化图书文化服务的必然性及其表现形式,提出通过政府主导,充分发挥公共图书馆调控监督职能的建议,以保障公共图书馆文化服务供给主体的合法地位,促进非营利机构向残疾群体提供图书文化服务。

Based on the concept of service-oriented government, and starting from the connotations of public library＇ s service, this paper analyzes the necessity and representation of diversified library＇ s cultural service supplied for disabled groups, and puts forward some suggestions on giving full play to public library＇s regulation and supervision function through the domination of government for guaranteeing the legal position of public library as a main body of supplying cultural service and promoting the non-profit organizations to provide cultural service for disabled groups.
