通过对全运会竞赛规程及相关文件的研究,分析竞赛规程的变化对四川省竞技体育带来的影响,提出必须加大后备人才培养,加强三大球运动员培养模式体制创新,积极引进优秀人才,充分利用奥运会成绩的带入,强化优势项目,深挖潜优势项目,抓好新增项目,创建复合型训练管理团队,更好地促进四川省竞技体育发展。
