摘要
体育教育专业学生对"体育教师"职业的认同程度直接关系到他们的专业学习态度、学习效果,也影响体育教师资源的顺利补充。采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对河南省体育教育专业学生的职业认同现状进行研究,结果表明:河南省体育教育专业学生对"体育教师"职业的认同状况不容乐观;对"体育教师"职业的多元认知使得其选择"体育教育"专业的原因呈多元化倾向和功利化趋势;15%左右的学生"后悔"自己所选专业,尤其是大2学生,"有些后悔"、"非常后悔"的学生分别占14.63%、6.71%;仅有37.3%的学生毕业后会选择"体育教师"作为其职业;75.2%的学生表示:在今后从事体育教学过程中,会因为各种原因更换职业。
The professional identity of the students who major in physical education will influence their learning attitude and effect directly.And it also influences the supplement of the resources of physical education teachers.Applying documentary method,questionnaire method and mathematical statistics method,The article studies the situation of professional identity students who major in physical education in He Nan Province.The results indicate that their professional identity isn’t optimistic;their multiple professional identity leads to their multiple choices;15% students regret their specialty,Especially sophomore students;37.3% students will be a physical education teacher;But 75.2% students will replace their profession because of kinds of reasons in the process of P.E teaching.
