薄层扫描法测定元胡止痛片中延胡索乙素的含量

Assay of dl tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Zhitong tablets by TLCS

目的 :制定元胡止痛片中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。方法 :双波长薄层扫描法 ,以苯 石油醚 ( 90～ 1 2 0℃ ) 甲醇 三氯甲烷 ( 3∶3∶0 .5∶1 0 )为展开剂 ,检测波长 34 0nm ,参比波长 365nm。结果 :回收率平均为 97.6% (RSD =1 .79% ,n =5)。标准曲线r=0 .9998。线性范围 0 .2～ 1 .2 μg。结论 :本方法简便 ,准确 ,可作为元胡止痛片的质量标准。

OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for the determination of dl tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Zhitong Talbets.METHOD:dl tetrahydropalmatine was assayed by dual wavelength TLC Scanning method with 340nm and 365nm as the detection and reference wavelength respectively.The malle phase was benzene petroleum ether(60～90℃) mtehanol chloroform(3∶3∶0.5∶10).RESULTS:The average recovery was 97.6%(RSD=1.79%,n=5) with good linear ralationship(r=0.9998).The linear range is from 0.2 to 1.2μg.CONCLUSION:The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Yuanhu Zhitong tablets.
