HPLC法测定复方联苯苄唑洗剂的含量

Assay of compound bifonazole lotion by HPLC

目的 :建立复方联苯苄唑洗剂中联苯苄唑及醋酸地塞米松的含量的HPLC法测定法。方法 :色谱条件ZorbaxC18柱 ( 2 50mm× 4 .6mm ,5μm) ,流动相 :甲醇 乙腈 水 ( 90∶5∶5) ,流速 :1 .0 0ml/min ,检测波长 :2 4 0nm ,进样量 :2 0 μl。结果 :两组分收率 1 0 0 .52 %～ 99.61 % ,RSD 0 .78%～ 1 .4 4% (n =5)。结论 :该法适用于复方联苯苄唑洗剂含量测定。

OBJECTIVE:To estabilish an accurate method for the determination of compound bifonazole lotion.METHODS:HPLC condition column:Zorbax C 18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm),the mobile phase:methanol acetonitrile water(90∶5∶5),the wavelength of UV detection:240nm,the flow rate:1.0ml/min.RESULTS:The recovery were 100.52%～99.61%,RSD were 0.78%～1.44%(n=5).CONCLUSION:The method was suitibale for the assay of the preparation.
