摘要
促进师资队伍国际化,是推进高等学校教育改革与发展的重要手段,高校师资队伍国际化建设工作的质量保证和效益提高将直接影响到高等教育的国际化进程。本文分析了高校师资队伍国际化建设工作面临的机遇和挑战,并从保证质量和提高效益等方面提出了对策和建议。
