摘要 怀孕期和哺乳期是母体对后代产生营养程序化的关键"窗口期",此阶段母体营养的数量和质量对后代的生长发育和代谢具有永久性的影响,母体营养不良能够影响后代代谢稳态、生长性能和疾病易感性。本文就有关母体营养影响后代繁殖功能及其机制的研究进行综述。 Maternal nutrition plays an important role in fetal programming of offspring, and pregnancy and lac tation periods are the "critical windows". At this stage, the quantity and quality of maternal nutrition have a permanent effect on offspring' s growth development and metabolism. Maternal malnutrition can affect off spring' s metabolic homeostasis, growth performance and disease susceptibility. In this paper, the effects of maternal nutrition on the reproductive functions of offspring and their possible mechanisms were reviewed.
