动车组检修管理信息系统建设需求及目标

Construction requirement and aim of EMUs Overhaul Management Information System

随着进入高级修程动车组列数的不断增加,动车组检修管理信息系统对于动车组高级修管理的重要作用日益突出。本文立足动车组高级修实际,根据动车组高级修的特点,从部件检修、计划兑现、质量控制、物料供需和检修监控这5个方面,对动车组检修管理系统建设需求进行分析和阐述,在此基础上,提出动车组检修管理信息系统的建设目标。

With the increment of EMUs which were needed to be overhauled, the Overhaul Management Information System of EMUs （EMUs-MIS） was becoming more and more important to overhaul management of EMUs. Based on the practice of overhaul and according to the characters of it, the construction requirement of Overhaul EMUs-MIS was analyzed and explained from the following five aspects, such as component maintenance management, plan realization, quality controlling, materiel supply and overhaul inspection. Based on the analysis, the construction aim of Overhaul EMUs-MIS was put forward.
