HPLC法测定跌打片中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量

Determination of Asperosaponin VI in Dieda Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定跌打片中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量的方法。方法:采用kromasilTMC_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长212 nm,柱温:35℃。结果:川续断皂苷Ⅵ进样量在0.347 3～2.430 8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.1%(RSD=1.33%,n=9)。结论:所建立的方法简便快捷、准确可靠,专属性强,可用于跌打片的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a method for the determination of asperosaponinⅥin Dieda tablets by HPLC.Method：The analytical column was a kromasilTM C_（18）（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^（-1）.The detection wavelength was 212 nm and the column temperature was 35℃.Result：The calibration curve of asperosaponin VI showed good lineaiity within the range of 0.347 3-2.430 8μg（r= 0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.1%（RSD =1.33%,n =9）.Conclusion：The method is simple,quick,accurate,and reliable,and can be used in the quality control of Dieda tablets effectively.
