摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定丹膝颗粒中栀子苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(25:75);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:238 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:栀子苷浓度在0.010~0.204μg范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.05%,RSD为2.07%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作快速、结果准确,可以为完善丹膝颗粒的质量控制标准提供依据。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Danxi granules.Method:An Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm) column was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol -water(25:75),the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^(-1),the detection wavelength was at 238 nm,and the column temperature was 301.Result:A good linear correlation of geniposide was observed within the range of 0.010 20-0.204 0μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.05%with RSD of 2.07%(n = 6).Conclusion:The method is rapid and accurate,and can provide the basis for the quality control optimization of Danxi granules.
