摘要
目的:探讨新生儿肌酸激酶同工酶监测的意义及其同肝肾功能损伤的关系。方法:选择84例新生儿窒息患儿,按其严重程度分为重度窒息组(n=36)及轻度窒息组(n=48),并选择正常新生儿作为对照组(n=30),患儿出生后第1天、出生后第3天及第7天检测肌酸激酶同工酶、肝功能及肾功能,分析肌酸激酶同工酶变化趋势及其同肝肾功能损伤的相关性。结果:重度窒息组、轻度窒息组出生后第1天CK-MB、AST及ALT水平高于对照组,重度窒息组3天CK-MB、AST、ALT、BUN及Cr水平高于轻度窒息组及对照组,重度窒息组第7天CK-MB水平高于轻度窒息组及对照组。相关分析结果显示,患儿CK-MB水平同AST、ALT、BUN及Cr水平呈现正相关关系。结论:新生儿窒息CK-MB水平变化同肝肾功能损伤具有相关关系,动态监测对患者肝肾功能损伤具有预测价值。
Objective:To investigate the Clinical significance of monitoring CK-MB and correlation with hepatic function and renal function injury in neonatal asphyxia.Methods:84 cases of newborn with neonatal asphyxia selected and divided into severe asphyxia groups(n=36) and trivial asphyxia groups(n=48) according to pathogenetic condition,healthy newborn were selected as control groups(n=30),CK-MB,hepatic function and renal function were detected in 1th,3th,7th day,and analized correlation of CK-MB with hepatic function and renal function injury.Results:In 1th day,lever of CK-MB,AST and ALT was higher in severe asphyxia groupsand trivial asphyxia groups than in control groups,in 3th day,lever of CK-MB,AST,ALT,Cr and BUN was higher in severe asphyxia groups than in trivial asphyxia groups and control groups,in 7th day,lever of CK-MB was higher in severe asphyxia groups than in trivial asphyxia groups,correlation analysis shown there was a positive correlation level of CK-MB with AST,ALT,BUN and Cr.Conclusion:Level change of CK-MB was correlative with hepatic function and renal function injury in neonatal asphyxia,dynamic detecing could pretest hepatic function and renal function injury.
