功能锻炼及中药熏洗对桡骨远端骨折后关节僵凝的疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察功能锻炼加中药熏洗、单纯关节功能锻炼两种方法对桡骨远端骨折中后期关节僵凝的疗效。方法:将门诊120例桡骨远端骨折中后期关节僵凝患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例,采用关节功能锻炼加中药熏洗治疗;对照组60例,采用单纯功能锻炼方法治疗。两组均以10天为一个疗程,治疗两个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为85%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗加关节功能锻炼治疗能明显提高桡骨远端骨折中后期关节僵凝的临床疗效。 Objective:Observe the effect of two Methods:functional training plus traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation and pure joint functional training on joint stiffness after Colles' Fracture.Methods:Randomly divide 120 outpatients who suffered joint stiffness after Colles' Fracture into two groups:60 patients in treatment group with functional training and traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation,60 patients in control group with pure joint functional training.10 days for a course of treatment for both groups and then observe the effect after two courses of treatment.Results:The efficiency of the treatment group is 95% and for the control group it's 85%.The previous excelled the latter(P0.05).Conclusion:Functional training plus traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation obviously improved the clinical effect of the stiffness of joints after Colles' Fracture.
