摘要
目的 探讨微波治疗肢体淋巴水肿的机制。方法 微波治疗前后 ,检测淋巴水肿组织液细胞因子IL 1、IL 2、SIL 2R和蛋白质水平的变化 ,及应用光镜、电镜观察组织学的变化。结果 细胞因子IL 1、IL 2水平升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,SIL 2R水平降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;淋巴水肿肢体平均周径降低有显著性意义(P <0 .0 1) ,蛋白质浓度变化无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;巨噬细胞活跃 ,毛细血管通透性增高 ,毛细淋巴管病理变化无改善 ,大量炎性细胞消退。结论 微波通过增强局部淋巴水肿组织免疫功能 ,调节蛋白分解细胞 (巨噬细胞 )的活性和增强毛细血管的重吸收功能来促进蛋白质的吸收 ,达到治疗目的。
Objective To explore the mechenism of chronic lymphedema of the limbs treated by microwave and bandage method.Methods The levels of cytokines(IL 1,IL 2 and SIL 2R) and protein of the tissue fluid of lymphedema were examined before and after treatment.The changs of tissue were also observed by light microscope and electron microscopy.Results The levels of cytokines (IL 1,IL 2) were significantly elevated (P 0.01 ),however,the level of SIL 2R decreased significantly (P< 0.01 ).The mean circumference of the limb of lymphedema decreased significantly (P< 0.01 ),but the concentration of tissue fluid of lymphedema did not change significantly (P> 0.05 ).The macrophages became more active compared with before treatment,and the capillary absorption for tissue fluid was enhanced,and the inflammation of skin improved slightly.The lymphatics,however,did not change compared with before treatment.Conclusion Microwave achieved the aim of improving lymphedema by enhancing immunity of local tissues,modulating activity of macrophages,elevating protein absorption due to capillary resorption.
