胃癌合并胆囊结石同期手术治疗的可行性及安全性观察

Feasibility and Safety of Observation of the Surgical Treatment of Gastric Cancer Over the Same Period of Gallbladder Stones

目的:探讨胃癌合并胆囊结石同期手术治疗的可行性和安全性。方法:对73例合并胆囊结石的胃癌患者行胃癌根治术的同时行胆囊切除术,设为观察组。与同期80例行单纯胃癌根治术的患者即对照组进行对比观察。结果:两组患者的手术时间、出血量、术后3d引流量、住院时间、术后并发症等的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3个月的化疗后,随访发现两组患者的体质恢复情况、术后远期并发症等比较差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胃癌合并胆囊结石的患者行同期手术治疗是安全可行的。

Objective：To investigate the feasibility and safety of gastric cancer with gallstone surgery over the same period.Methods：Cholecystectomy 73 cases of gallstones,gastric cancer underwent radical gastrectomy at the same time,set to the observation group.Radical surgery patients in the control group were compared with the same period 80 cases were pure gastric cancer.Results：The two groups of patients,operation time,bleeding volume,after drainage,hospital stay,postoperative complications was no significant difference（P0.05）.After three months of chemotherapy,follow-up found that two groups of patients with physical recovery,and longterm postoperative complications difference not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The conclusions of gastric cancer patients underwent surgical treatment over the same period of gallstones is feasible and safe.
