108例包裹性结核性胸膜炎临床治疗分析

Clinical Analysis of 108 Cases of Encapsulated Tuberculous Pleurisy

目的:探讨微创胸腔置管引流并尿激酶加异烟肼胸腔内注射治疗包裹性结核性胸膜炎的疗效。方法:在常规药物治疗基础上行微创胸腔置管并予胸腔注射尿激酶加异烟肼(治疗组),与微创置管后胸腔内注射地塞米松+异烟肼(对照组)比较。结果:治疗组可显著增加胸水引流量,减少胸膜肥厚,减少后遗症,疗效优于对照组。结论:在常规药物治疗基础上行微创胸腔置管并予胸腔注射尿激酶加异烟肼可有效治疗包裹性结核性胸膜炎,其疗效优于微创置管后胸腔内注射地塞米松+异烟肼。

Objective：Explore the efficacy of encapsulated tuberculous pleurisy with minimally invasive pleural catheter drainage and injecting the urokinase plus isoniazid into thoracic cavity.Methods：Based on the conventional drug treatment,we use the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy to the patients in the treatment group,and the treatment of minimally invasive pleural catheter drainage and injecting the dexamethasone plus isoniazid into thoracic cavity to the patients in the control group.Results：The treatment group had a significant increase in pleural fluid drainage,and reduction of pleural thickening,reduce sequelae,and more effective than the control group.Conclusion：The treatment of minimally invasive pleural catheter drainage and injecting the urokinase plus isoniazid into thoracic cavity based on the conventional drug treatment can effectively treat encapsulated tuberculous pleurisy,and it is more effective than the trestment of minimally invasive pleural catheter drainage and injecting the dexamethasone plus isoniazid into thoracic cavity.
