鼻内镜手术综合疗法治疗慢性鼻窦炎及鼻息肉疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis on Nasal Endoscopic Surgery Combined Therapy Treating Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyp

目的:探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉后辅助综合疗法的临床疗效。方法:将205例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者随机分为对照组(n=120)和治疗组(n=85),对照组术后采用常规辅助治疗,而治疗组术后采用综合疗法,比较两组别的鼻塞VAS评分、嗅觉VAS评分、术后疗效。结果:术后治疗组的鼻塞VAS评分、嗅觉VAS评分均明显好于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组的有效率为97.6%,明显高于对照组的80.8%(P<0.01)。结论:综合疗法与常规疗法相比,鼻塞VAS评分和嗅觉VAS评分改善均较为明显,明显提升临床有效率,减少慢性鼻窦炎及鼻息肉的复发。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of nasal endoscopic surgery combined therapy treating chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp.Methods：Of 205 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp were randomly divided in two groups such as control group（n=120） and treatment group（n=85）.The control group adopted common adjunctive therapy,and the treatment group accepted combined therapy,then compared nasal obstruction VAS score,olfactory sensation VAS score and curative effect after operation between the two groups.Results：Obstruction VAS score and olfactory sensation VAS score in the treatment group were much better than the control group（P0.01）.The effective rate in the treatment group was 97.6%,much higher than the control group（80.8%,P0.01）.Conclusion：Combined therapy contrast common therapy,obstruction VAS score and olfactory sensation VAS score improve much better,obviously raise clinical effective rate,reduce relapse of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp.
