摘要
目的：探讨正畸联合修复技术在前牙缺失散在间隙修复中的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析采用正畸联合修复技术治疗的90例前牙缺失散在间隙患者的临床资料。结果：正畸修复均获成功,成功率100%,所有患者均获随访1~2年,随访期间,修复体无松动脱落现象,无炎症倾向,咀嚼功能良好。结论：正畸联合修复技术治疗前牙缺失散在间隙能满足咀嚼功能及美容要求,具有良好的正畸及美容效果,远期效果好,值得推广。
Objective：To explore the combined orthodontic repair technique in anterior teeth scattered gap repair in clinical application.Methods：A retrospective analysis using orthodontic repair technique for the treatment of 90 cases of anterior teeth in patients with clinical data scattered gap.Results：Orthodontic repair were successful,the success rate of 100%,All patients were followed up for 1~2years,during the follow-up period,no loose phenomenon restoration,No inflammatory tendency,good chewing function.Conclusion：Combined orthodontic repair technique for the treatment of anterior teeth scattered in space can meet the functional and cosmetic requirements,To obtain good orthodontic and cosmetic effect,is worth popularizing.
