老年颈动脉粥样硬化、超敏C-反应蛋白与缺血性脑梗死的关系探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨老年不同程度颈动脉粥样硬化、超敏C-反应蛋白水平与缺血性脑梗死的关系。方法:选取2010年2月~2012年2月间于我院接受诊断和治疗的缺血性脑梗死的老年患者52例,作为观察组,另外选取同期入院的其他无缺血性脑梗死的老年病患者52例,作为对照组,观察不同程度颈动脉粥样硬化、超敏C-反应蛋白水平与缺血性脑梗死的关系。结果:患有缺血性脑梗死的观察组患者颈动脉粥样硬化严重程度0级的仅有4例,明显低于无缺血性脑梗死的对照组14例(P〈0.05),1级的有16例,明显低于对照组的27例(P〈0.05),2级的有20例,明显高于对照组的8例(P〈0.05),3级的有12例,明显高于对照组的3例(P〈0.05)。观察组患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白水平平均为(7.31±1.12)mg/L,明显高于对照组患者的(7.31±1.12)mg/L(P〈0.05)。结论:老年不同程度颈动脉粥样硬化、超敏C-反应蛋白与缺血性脑梗死的关系密切。 Objective:To discuss the relationship among varying degrees of carotid artery atherosclerosis,the level of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and ischemic cerebral infarction in the elderly.Methods:52 patients in our hospital with ischemic cerebral infarction were selected as observation group while 52 patients without ischemic cerebral infarction were selected as control group.The relationship among varying degrees of carotid artery atherosclerosis,the level of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and ischemic cerebral infarction between the two groups were observed.Results:The number of people in observation group with level 0 and level 1 was obviously less than that in control group(P0.05).The number of people in observation group with level 2 and level 3 was obviously more than that in control group(P0.05).The level of high sensitivity C-reactive protein in observation group was(7.31±1.12)mg/L,and it was higher than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Varying degrees of carotid artery atherosclerosis and the level of high sensitivity C-reactive protein had a close relationship with ischemic cerebral infarction in the elderly.
