血液滤过联合腹膜透析治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Hemofiltration Combined with Peritoneal Dialysis in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的:观察血液滤过联合腹膜透析治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法:选取于我院接受治疗的重症急性胰腺炎患者48例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组24例,对照组患者给予内科常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予血液滤过联合腹膜透析治疗。结果:观察组患者在接受血液滤过联合腹膜透析治疗后,APACHEⅡ评分明显低于治疗前以及对照组的水平(P<0.05),同时观察组患者治疗后腹水淀粉酶以及CRP含量均有明显下降且都明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血液滤过联合腹膜透析治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of hemofiltration combined with peritoneal dialysis in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods：48 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups：observation group and control group.Each group had 24 patients.Observation group were treated with routine medical treatment while control group were treated with hemofiltration combined with peritoneal dialysis.Results：The APACHEⅡ scores of observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment and those of control group（P0.05）.The level of ascites amylase and CRP after treatment of observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Hemofiltration combined with peritoneal dialysis which were used in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis was in effect and worthy of promotion.
