摘要
采用双辊快速急冷技术研究了 CuI-Cu_2O-WO_3系统玻璃的形成范围,发现该系统的形成区主要位于二元系统 Cu_2O-WO_3和准二元系统 CuI-Cu_2WO_4附近。差热分析(DTA)测定了玻璃的转变温度(Tg)和结晶温度(T_c),实验发现可能有某些亚稳晶相存在。红外和 Raman 光谱的结构分析表明该系统玻璃结构主要是由分离的 Cu^+,I^-,WO_4^(2-)和 W_2O_7^(2-)等离子和基团构成。
The formation of new cuprous ion-conducting glasses in the systemCuI-Cu_2O-WO_3 was investigated by twin-roller quenching technique.The major glassforming region was found in the binary oxide system Cu_2O-WO_3 and the pseudobinarysystem CuI-Cu_2WO_4,respectively.The glass transition temperature (Tg) and thecrystallization temperature (T_c) were determined by differential thermal analysis (DTA),which reveal the existence of some metastable crystalline phases.The IR and Ramanspectra indicated that the glasses mainly consist of discrete ions Cu^+,I^-,WO_4^(2-) and a cer-tain amount of W_2O_7^(2-) groups.
