硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病临床疗效观察

Nifedipine Treatment of Hypertension and Diabetes Clinical Efficacy Observed

目的:探讨高血压合并糖尿病(DM)患者使用硝苯地平缓释片的临床疗效。方法:将高血压合并2型DM患者128例随机分成两组,在常规控制血糖等治疗基础之上,对照组加服氯沙坦,在治疗组中加服硝苯地平缓释片,1个疗程是60天,通过检测治疗前后的血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血压及心率等各项指标结果,对临床疗效进行观察,在对结果进行认真分析和比较。结果:两组治疗前后的尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)及心率比较,P>0.05,不具有统计学意义。治疗组总有效率为98.5%,对照组为83.5%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在高血压合并DM患者治疗过程中,通过观察苯地平缓释片临床疗效,具有非常好的治疗效果,同时无显著不良反应。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of nifedipine in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus（DM）.Methods：128 cases：hypertension and type 2 DM patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment on the basis of the conventional control of blood sugar,such as the control group was added to losartan,nifedipine in the treatment group was added,each two months for a course of treatment.After the test results before and after treatment,heart rate,blood pressure,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,serum creatinine（Scr）,clinical efficacy was observed,through careful analysis and comparison.Results：Blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,serum creatinine（Scr） and heart rate after before and after treatment contrast,no significant difference.The control group,the total efficiency of 83.5%;in the treatment group,the total efficiency of 98.5%,comparison of two groups,a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical observation through the use of nifedipine treatment buck hypertension in patients with DM,there is no obvious adverse effects,and the antihypertensive effect.
