健肝乐颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Chronic Hepatitis B Treated by Jian-Gan-Le Particles

目的:观察健肝乐颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:将120例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为两组,对照组给予基础护肝降酶治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用健肝乐颗粒治疗,分别对治疗后1、2、3、4周两组患者肝功能指标及临床症状改善情况进行评估,并对两组患者住院时间进行比较。结果:观察组患者肝功能指标恢复及临床症状改善明显,住院时间较对照组明显缩短。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健肝乐颗粒对恢复慢性乙型肝炎患者的肝功能,改善其临床症状效果明显,可缩短住院患者的住院时间。

Objective：Observe the effect of chronic hepatitis B treated by Jian-gan-le particles.Methods：120 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients will be divided into two groups,control group was given the basis liver protection treatment,observation group added Jian-gan-le particles on the basis of the control group treatment,respectively,assessed the situation after treatment 1,2,3,4 weeks two groups of patients with liver function indicators and improvement of clinical symptoms,compared the two groups of patients hospital stay.Results：Observation group liver function recovered and clinical symptoms improved significantly,and significantly shorter hospital stay than the control group.The two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Jian-gan-le particles can recover the patient＇s liver function and improve clinical symptoms,can reduce hospitalization time.
