摘要
目的:探讨选择安全、有效、经济的方法治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的重要性。方法:临床观察分析三种不同治疗方法,分析其临床疗效与经济成本情况,并选择有效的治疗方法。结果:选择清开灵软胶囊和注射用头孢呋辛钠的治疗方法疗效与成本比例最佳,为0.37,优于其他两组。结论:临床治疗上选择经济有效治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的方法十分重要,能够更好地服务于社会。
Objective： Explore the importance of safe,effective,and economical method to children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods：Observation and analysis the three different treatment methods in clinical,and analysis its efficacy and economic costs,and select effective treatment method.Results：The selection of Qingkailing capsules with Cefuroxime Sodium for Injection is the best for treatment efficacy and cost ratio,it is 0.37,better than the other two groups.Conclusion：The choice of economic and effective treatment of children acute upper respiratory infection are very important in clinical,it can better serve the society.
