早期持续被动运动与全膝关节置换术后膝关节引流量的相关性研究

Influence of CPM to the volume of the drained exusate from the operated knee joint for the patients with total knee arthroplasty

目的 观察全膝关节置换术 (TKA)术后早期持续的被动运动 (CPM )对膝关节内引流量的影响。方法 分别观察和比较手术当天下午及术后第 1d上、下午使用CPM前、中、后各 1h的膝关节的引流量。结果 术后当天及术后第 1dCPM前、中、后 1h的膝关节引流量两两之间差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 早期使用CPM不会使膝关节引流量增加具显著性意义。

Objective To observe the influence of early appliance of continuous passive motion (CPM) to the volume of the drained exusate from the operated knee joint for the patients with total knee arthroplasty.Methods The volume of the drained exusate from the operated knee were compared among pre CPM、during CPM and post CPM in the operating day and the first day after the operation.Results The changes of volumes in the drained exusate of the operated knee were no significant difference among pre CPM、during CPM and post CPM (P> 0.05 ).Conclusion The early appliance of CPM may not increase the volume of the drained exusate of operated knee obviously.
