摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定非小细胞肺癌患者中乌苯美司的血药浓度。方法：采用HPLC法,色谱柱为shim-pack VP-ODS柱[（4.6×250）mm/5μm],流动相：乙腈-0.6%磷酸二氢钠溶液（17：83）,检测波长：254nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温：40℃,溶剂：17%醋酸溶液。结果：乌苯美司的HPLC进样量在（0.86~120.4）μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为97.69%,回归方程为Y=2.92X＋2.27。乌苯美司在非小细胞肺癌患者的血浆浓度在1~2h达到峰值。结论：采用HPLC法测定非小细胞肺癌患者中乌苯美司的含量方便准确,可用于临床监测乌苯美司的血药浓度。
Objective：To establish high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） non-small cell lung cancer patients ubenimex the measurement method of the company.Methods：Use HPLC,chromatographic column for shimpack VP-ODS column [（4.6×250）mm/5μm],mobile phase：acetonitrile-0.6% sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution（he 3）,detected wavelength： 254nm,velocity of 1.0ml/min,column temperature： 40℃,the solvent：17% acetic acid solution.Results：Ubenimex of HPLC sample weight in 0.86-120.4 μg/ml ran and peak area integral value was good linear relationship,and the average recovery was 97.69%,the regression equation is Y=2.92X＋2.27.Ubenimex in plasma concentrations small cell lung cancer patients of reach in 1~2 hours.Conclusion：The HPLC method for the determination of Ubenimex in Patients with small cell lung cancer content convenient accurate,and can be used for clinical monitoring ubenimex blood drug concentration.
