摘要
针对长庆储层低渗、弱亲水、地层水矿化度高的特征,室内研发了双子表面活性剂CBSG—1并进行了性能评价。结果表明,该表活剂在0.2%~0.5%范围内油水界面张力可达到10-3mN/m,具有较好的耐温抗盐性、抗动态吸附性能,且水驱后表活剂驱的驱油效率为5%左右。应用CBSG—1在长庆五里湾油田开展了驱油现场试验,取得了较好的增油效果,有效期达9个月以上。
In view of the feature that Changqing oilfield reservoir is poor hydrophilic, low permeable, and formation water salinity is high. Laboratory experiment develops the Gemini surfactant CBSG-1 and run evaluation of the performance. The result indicates that oil/water interracial tension of the surfaetant comes to 10 -3 mN/m in the concentration range of 0. 2% -0. 5 % , haves good temperature tolerance,salt resistance and dynamics adsorbability resistance, and oil displacement efficiency of surfactant after waterflooding is about 5%. The Gemini surfactant CBSG-1 was applied for field construction in Changqiang Wuliwan oilfield. And the effect of increasing oil has been remarkably acquired, the period is more than 9 months.
