原子荧光光谱法测量净水剂聚合氯化铝中砷汞

摘要 目的探讨原子荧光光谱法测量净水剂聚合氯化铝中砷汞含量的检测方法。方法将聚合氯化铝用10mL(1+1)硫酸溶解,蒸至近干,用5%盐酸溶解,以原子荧光光谱测定。结果砷在浓度0~25.0μg/L,汞在浓度0~5.0μg/L时有良好的线性关系,砷,汞的最低检测限,分别为0.08μg/L和0.07μg/L,回归系数r均大于0.9995,样品加标回收率砷为94.4%~100.2%,汞为97.5%~100.0%,相对标准偏差分别为1.4%和2.5%。结论本方法操作简便,干扰少,结果准确,适用于净水剂聚合氯化铝中砷,汞含量的检测。 Objective To establish a method for determination of arsenic and Hg in purifying agent PAC by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods PAC was dissolved with 10ml ( 1 + 1 ) sulfate, evaporated to near dryness, then dissolved with 5% hydrochloric acid, and finally detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results A good linear relationship was found between values of fluorescence intensity and mass concentration of arsenic in the range of 0 - 25.0ug/L and Hg in the range of 0 - 5.0ug/L. The lowest detection limits of arsenic and mercury were 0. 08 ug/L and 0. 07 ug/L respectively, and the regression coefficients (r) were both greater than 0. 9995. The recovery rates were in the ranges of 94.4% - 100.2% and 97.5% - 100.0% respectively and the relative standard deviation was 1.4% and 2.5% respectively. Conclusion This method is some characteristic of simpieness,less interference, and accuracy, therefore it is applicable to the determination of arsenic and Hg in purifying agent PAC.
