论教师学习的校本领导策略

摘要 随着《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要》的颁布与实施,学校发展面临新的机遇与挑战,作为本源性问题的教师学习是应对学校教育变革的核心与关键。学校领导者应立刻行动起来,解决学校发展的本源性问题,力争把权力归还给教师,让教师自主学习;丰富学习资源,让教师学习由"外援"走向"外源";巧设任务,为教师学习提供操作性支架;张扬个性,形成教师独特的教学风格;树立榜样,对教师进行文化引领;创设共同体,让教师在团队学习中体验成功。 With the promulgating and the implementing of National Medium and Long - term Educational Reform and Development Program Compendium , the school development is faced with new opportunities and challenges, so teachers learning is the core and key to deal with the problems in education reform. The school leaders should act immediately to solve the essential problems on school development, strive to give power back to teachers for teachers' self - directed learning, and give learning resources for teachers learning from "getting foreign aid " to " getting exogenous resources" ; design tasks for teachers to provide operational support; improve personality for unique teaching style; set up examples for teachers to lead the culture, and construct learning community to make teachers experience success.
