摘要
从交联网的微观结构模型出发,用统计力学和老化反应动力学相结合的方法,求得了硫化橡胶的老化时间同某些力学性能间的定量表达式,提出了四种确定老化时间系数和老化反应速率常数的简易新方法。以加速老化法研究了丁腈硫化橡胶在70—110℃,0—100天范围内老化时间与力学性能间的关系,确定了五种不同温度下的老化时间系数和老化速率常数等分子参数值。
The quantitative relations of aging time with some mechanical propertiesfor vulcanizates were derived by the combination of statistical mechanics with aging kine-tics, based on the microstructural model of the networks.According to the relations,fuorkinds of simple methods for determining the coefficient of aging time (α) and aging rateconstant (k) directly from the experimental data were presented.And the accelarated agingexperiments were carried out at the range of temperature 70—100℃ in a given period of 1—100 days.The molecular parameters were determined by using the four kinds of methodsrespectively,and the results show an excellent agreement with experimental data.
