摘要
将功率谱分析引入生物光子分析技术领域,以郑麦7698、郾展4110、温麦18、矮抗AK58等4种小麦籽粒的自发生物光子信号为研究对象,利用自相关法估计它们的功率谱;选择3 dB带宽、谱重心频率、功率谱熵等3个参数描述各小麦自发光子辐射信号的功率谱分布特性.结果表明,小麦的自发生物光子信号的主要成分分布在低频带0.05 Hz以下频段;且品种不同的小麦自发生物光子信号的3个特征参数较为一致;所提出的方法可以为生物光子分析技术(BPAT)应用研究中的数据分析技术提供一种新的研究思路.
Power spectrum analysis method was employed in the field of biophoton analytical technology.The power spectrum of the spontaneous biophoton emission signal,belonged to four classes of wheat,was calculated with autocorrelation function method.Three parameters,3 dB bandwidth,spectral gravity frequency and power spectral entropy,were adopted to explain the features of the kernels’ spontaneous biophoton emission signal.The results showed that the main components of the kernels’ biophoton signal were focused on the low-frequency band below 0.05 Hz.For different classes,the three parameters in wheat kernels were near while the amplitudes corresponding to the first two parameters were relatively different.The data analysis method,may be a novel idea in the application field of BPAT.
