Co 基非晶合金耐磨性能的研究

摘要 利用改装的环/带式摩擦磨损试验机测定两种 Co 基非晶合金耐磨性随摩擦速度及回火温度的变化。计算的带状样品上正压力分布与实测的磨损失重十分相似,验证了这种配磨方式的有效性和可靠性。试验结果表明,无论是制备态还是摩擦时形成的氧化膜均能降低非晶合金的磨损系数,高温(410℃)回火引起的结构弛豫提高非晶合金的耐磨性。 A modified ribbon-on-ring apparatus has been developed for determina-tion of variation of wear resistance with sliding speed and tempered temperature for twocobalt base amorphous.alloys.The distribution of normal pressure obtained by theoreticcalculation is very similar to that of wear loss by experiment.It implies that theribbon-on-ring tester is valid and trusty.The results show that the oxide film whether isformed in preparation of ribbon or during friction decreases the wear coeffictint of amor-phous alloys and the wear resitance of them is increased by the structural relaxation aftertempering at 410℃。
