摘要
采用高效液相色谱对2-氨基-4-硝基苯酚及其有机杂质进行了分离,用峰面积归一化法进行定量分析。通过优化流动相的组成确定了样品分离条件,综合考虑待测物的最大紫外吸收确定了检测波长。优化的测定条件为流动相甲醇∶水=60∶40,在波长254 nm处进行测定。
2-Amino-4-nitrophenol and its impurites were separated by HPLC, and then quantified with peak area normalization meth- od. The separation condition of samples was confirmed by optimizing the components of mobile phase ; the detection wavelengh was de- termined by eomprehensively considering maximum absorption wavelength of determinands. The optimized condition was mobile phase methanol: water = 60:40 and detection wavelength 254 nm.
