Evaluation the Performance of the Newborn Basophilic Granulocyte Counting with Beckman-coulter AC·T 5 Diff Blood Analyzer

目的 探讨Beckman-coulter AC·T 5diff血液分析仪检测新生儿嗜碱性粒细胞计数结果的准确性.方法 收集该院2010年~2011年新生儿患者（年龄＜28天）末梢血标本1 500例（男、女各750例）,分别利用Beckman-coulter AC·T 5diff血液分析仪和手工制片法检测标本中嗜碱性粒细胞,并运用统计学方法比较仪器和手工两种方法的结果.结果 实验结果显示,仪器法计数的嗜碱性粒细胞结果为（14.9±5.6）%,手工法为（3.2±1.6）%,差异具有统计学意义（t=2.467,P＜0.05）.结论 仪器法分类计数新生儿嗜碱性粒细胞结果偏高,应采用手工分类加以纠正.

bjective To evaluate the accuracy of the newborn basophilie granuloeyte counting with Beckman-coulter AC . T 5diff blood analyzer. Methods The neonatal （age〈28 days） peripheral bloodsamples of 1 500 patients （both male and female 750 cases） were collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi＇an Medical College from 2010 to 2011, basophil cell numbers of sample blood was tested by Beckman-coulter AC . T 5diff blood analyzer and Hand-producer, the results of the instruments and the manuals was compared with statistical methods. Results The results of basophil count in instrument group was （14.9±5.6）% ,but in the manual group was （3.2± 1.6）% ,and the difference was statistically significant （t= 2. 467, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The result of newborn basophilic granulocyte counting with instrument is some higher,in daily work can apply manual classification to be corrected.
