摘要
1996年夏季 ,从大连星海湾海滨浴场采集的海水样品中 ,以河流弧菌Ⅱ (Vibriofluvialis-Ⅱ )为指示菌 ,从中分离出一株噬菌体———NP1 3。对NP1 3的形态进行了电子显微镜观察分析 ,并对其生物学特性进行了初步的研究 ,结果表明 :NP1 3在 50℃、 30min和 60℃、 30min下的存活率各约为 95%和 45% ,并在 pH 5～ 1 1之间均具有很高的稳定性。
A bacteriophage of \%Vibrio fluvialis\%-Ⅱ, NP\-\{13\} was isolated from the seawater samples taken from marine bathing areas,Dalian. Its biological characterization was analyzed. Its morphology was observed under electron microscope, and it was found that survival of NP\-\{13\} was 95% and 45% under 50℃ for 30 min and 60℃ for 30 min, respectively.
