摘要
针对循环式活性污泥法(CASS)处理城镇污水控制系统中对溶解氧(DO)浓度控制的大延迟、非线性和时变的特点,设计一套基于智能积分器的模糊控制、倍福嵌入式PC、组态王软件的自动控制系统方案。从硬件配置和软件设计两方面探讨了倍福嵌入式PC在污水处理控制系统中的应用。实际运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定、可靠,达到了预期的控制要求。
According to the characteristics of large delay,nonlinear and time-varying of the control of con-centration of dissolved oxygen (DO) in the control system of urban sewage treatment processes (CASS),we design a set of automatic control system scheme that based on fuzzy control with intelligent integrator,beckhoff embedded PC,kingview software. In this paper,we discuss the application of beckhoff embedded PC both from the hardware configuration and software design in control system of sewage treatment. By the actual operation, the results show that the system is stable and reliable,and also can achieve the expected control requirements.
